Lowering barriers for underserved farmers

Rooted in Regeneration Notes are low-risk, fixed-income securities designed to create opportunities for farmers who have historically faced barriers to capital. These notes deliver reliable returns to investors, with a portion of their interest used to offset mortgage and lease terms for a more diverse group of farmers.

The Series 2 RNR Notes Offering is now closed. A new Series 3 RNR Notes Offering will launch on September 15, 2026.

Narrowing the systemic gaps in land access and financing

Amber believes that meaningful impact requires access to land, to capital, and to long-term opportunity. For organic agriculture to scale, financing must be structured to be accessible to all farmers committed to stewardship. RNR Note farmland will be leased to farmers who have historically faced structural, financial, or geographical barriers to land access.

To qualify, farmers must:

A woman and a man sit on a hay bale in a sunlit barn. The woman wears a patterned jacket and boots, and the man wears a straw hat and plaid shirt. A basket of fresh vegetables sits beside them. They are smiling at each other.
A man wearing a wide-brimmed hat and navy t-shirt works outdoors, adjusting a wire fence in a grassy field with trees in the background on a sunny day.
